Live-in Airbnb Supervisor

We are looking for a friendly individual or couple, to manage our Airbnb in Saint Lukes Cross, Cork City. Average of 3-4 hours work per day, 7 days a week, in exchange for free accommodation and a decent salary. This position is a live-in position and would suit someone who may be looking for a fresh start or maybe recently retired, doing a PHD, working part-time from home, single parent etc. The position is flexible, however you must be available daily from 10am-2pm.

The role involves answering messages on the app, cleaning rooms, doing laundry, greeting guests and generally creating a relaxed and friendly place to stay. Full training will be given and no experience necessary.

The position would suit someone friendly who can show our guests a warm Irish welcome, who likes to chat and make people feel at home. You must be reliable and be able to commit to the position for at least 12 months. Position can be shared between a couple, however both people must be committed to ensuring the smooth running of the house.

Start date is January 2026.
