1. Flagger
Primary Role: Ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians around construction zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic using hand signals, flags, or signs.
• Communicate with flaggers and site personnel via radio or signals.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and adjust traffic flow.
• Set up and remove traffic control signs and barricades.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

2. Gate Guard
Primary Role: Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check identification and credentials of all entrants.
• Maintain a log of visitors and vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections as needed.
• Report suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
• Ensure gates are secure, especially after hours.

3. Escort
Primary Role: Safely guide visitors, contractors, or deliveries through restricted areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify identity and purpose of escorted individuals or groups.
• Follow designated routes and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate with site personnel for safe passage.
• Prevent access to unauthorized areas.
• Report any issues during the escort process.

4. Sweeper

Primary Role: The Sweeper ensures FOD removal, escorts non-badged personnel, and follows all Airport safety protocols.

• Driving around job site/haul routes to find any noticeable FOD. If FOD is found, sweeping/vacuum is to be preformed until area is clean.
• Preform escort duties to whose who do not carry a SIDA Red badge when needed by Flatiron.
• If needing to get off vehicle on taxiways or airport road, safety vest is required. If needing to get off vehicle on Flatirons construction site, PPE is required (hardhat, safety glasses, and safety vest) there should be no reason straight line personnel should be getting off their vehicle on flatirons construction site unless it is communicated to Flatirons team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
