About The Position
Location: Port Pirie preferred: Other locations considered - Kadina, Clare, Pt Augusta, Whyalla, Pt Lincoln or Ceduna
SCHADS Level 7, $63.13 per hour
Status: Full Time - Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2028
The Country North Homelessness Alliance brings together five non-government organisations to deliver support across country South Australia. As Alliance Senior Manager, you will work with Alliance partners to turn shared priorities into action, strengthen relationships and improve service outcomes.
This is a senior leadership role focused on planning, coordination, performance and partnership. You do not need to have worked directly in homelessness to apply. We welcome leaders from across community and human services who can bring relevant experience and develop their knowledge of the homelessness sector.

Skills and Experiences:
You will:
- Lead the implementation of the Alliance’s strategic and operational plans.
- Bring partners together to support collaborative decisions and shared outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with funders, government, community organisations and other stakeholders.
- Oversee budgets, service performance, data and reporting.
- Support service improvement and represent the Alliance in relevant forums.
- Leadership experience in community or human services, including working across teams, programs or organisations.
- Strong partnership-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, monitoring performance and reporting.
It is essential for you to have:
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- A Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline, such as human services, social work, leadership or project management, and/or five years of relevant experience.
