Birdman is looking for a motivated and organized AM Cook / Prep Cook to help set the kitchen up for success each day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both food preparation and line cooking, takes pride in organization, and wants to be part of a professional kitchen team.

As an AM Cook, you'll play a critical role in preparing ingredients, executing recipes, and ensuring the kitchen is ready for service. You'll also work line shifts as needed and be expected to maintain the same standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness as the rest of our culinary team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete daily prep lists efficiently and accurately
• Prepare sauces, proteins, vegetables, and other ingredients according to recipe standards
• Portion and label products for service
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Set up stations and support service as required
• Execute menu items consistently and with attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with chefs and cooks to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking knowledge
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical work and lift products as required

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
