We are looking for a dedicated Amazon Cataloguing Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our Amazon account, ensuring smooth communication, and handling various technical tasks related to our Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Logs / Amazon Support Communication:
- Manage and resolve customer support cases through Amazon’s support platform. Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account issues and ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of all communications for future reference.
Content Upload:
- Upload and manage product listings, images, and descriptions on Amazon.
- Ensure all content adheres to Amazon’s guidelines and meets quality standards.
- Optimize product content for visibility and sales performance.
Admin Tasks:
- Handle administrative duties related to Amazon account management.
- Support internal teams with Amazon-related reports and data.
- Assist in maintaining account health and compliance with Amazon policies.
Cataloguing:
- Manage and organize product catalogues, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Perform regular audits of listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Address discrepancies and correct product information as needed.
Flat File Uploads:
- Prepare and upload flat files for bulk updates of product listings, inventory, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot errors and issues with flat file uploads.
- Work with data sheets to streamline the product updating process.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for resolving issues related to Amazon listing errors, suppressed listings, and product variations.
- Assist with integration and troubleshooting of third-party tools used for Amazon account management.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s technical updates and best practices to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Amazon seller support or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its various functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
