Webtter Internet Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Executive to manage the Amazon operations for our in-house e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, tracking daily orders, coordinating with logistics for dispatch & delivery, and maintaining smooth operations on Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon (titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, images)
• Monitor and process daily orders, ensuring accurate order flow and status updates
• Respond to customer queries, reviews, and concerns through Amazon Seller Central
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Manage returns, replacements, and customer escalations professionally
• Track inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate and updated regularly
• Handle Amazon claims, order defects, and account health metrics
• Coordinate with the design/content team for listing banners and A+ content
• Maintain detailed reporting of listings, order tracking, and seller performance

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in Amazon Seller Central operations
• Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and logistics coordination
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle tasks independently and manage multiple listings/orders efficiently
• Knowledge of return handling, shipping policies, and dispatch operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
