CityPlace Condominium Property Management is seeking a candidate to fill the role of an amenity coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication and time management skills to join our team.
Location: CityPlace, Toronto, Ontario (Fort York & Bathurst)
Shifts: Several shifts available. Please answer your availability further down.
General duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address residents in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage reservations accurately in the booking system.
- Assist residents with inquiries about the amenities site, proactively address concerns in a professional manner, and direct residents to the appropriate department where applicable.
- Liaison between building management, security, 3rd party contractors, residents, and other staff members.
- Perform daily tests at the swimming pool and spa tests to ensure the water is well balanced.
- Perform inspections before and after reservations to ensure the facility is left tidy and well maintained.
- Light tidying and organization of the amenities site to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Basic troubleshooting of media electronics where necessary.
- Oversee the proper use of amenity facilities and ensure its compliance with company procedures, condominium policies, and Ontario regulations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Position requirements:
- Computer literate and knowledge of general office software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendar software is a must.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues that arise for electronic media equipment.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- Professional when communicating with different parties.
- Strong common sense to handle different situations that may arise.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week
