The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:

AML/KYC Analyst

Permanent contract (F/M)

Part time 50%

We are looking for a proactive individual with a hands-on approach and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the back-up responsible for KYC checks on new and existing Issuers and Members as well as the preparation of files for approval
• Input and maintain the KYC information in the Digital KYC tool
• Support client services teams in relation to AML/KYC matters
• Perform screening on new clients, analyse screening results on new and existing clients, ensure proper escalation when necessary
• Deliver periodic reporting on AML controls

Key requirements

• Innate team collaborator
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg’s finance sector AML-CTF regulation as well as the legal and compliance environment in Luxembourg
• Experience in a similar role

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; French would be considered an advantage and other languages as additional strong points
