What your day might look like with us:
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance team.

Joining this specialist team as an experienced Analyst, will see you gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, valuations, research, transaction services and due diligence, through to financial modelling and strategic advisory matters.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and social team, who will support your continued learning and development and ensure you achieve your future career goals within the corporate finance space.

What makes you 'just right' for this role:

• Relevant accounting, commerce or finance degree, ideally studying toward CA qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in in a similar role, or experience in valuations and looking for a broader role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data
• Experience with excel, with financial modelling experience highly regarded
• Strong team focus and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to make suggestions and ‘think outside the box’
