Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite all cases above the authority level of GI Operations
- Assist in renewal review within designated authority and comply with underwriting guidelines
- Referral to underwriter within the required underwriting authority
- Assist in reviewing policy wordings and web portal content
- Perform UAT testing
- Maintain effective communication with key business stakeholders
Requirements
Experience
- Knowledge in GI Personal Lines/ Commercial Lines products & underwriting with minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience in similar function
- Knowledge of Singapore general insurance industry
- Positive personality, proactive, able to work independently as well as in teams
- Self-sufficiency, initiative, drive, passion to make a difference
- Strong business analysis skill and communication & negotiation skills
Education
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- Certificate of General Insurance (BCP / PGI / Com GI)
