Analyst - Investment Management

Newsec is a leading service company in the Nordics, that provides a wide range of services across many areas of real estate and renewable energy. We are comprised of five business areas: Property Asset Management, Advisory, Investment Management, Energy Transition and Digital Accelerator.

We are growing and are looking for an Analyst to join the Investment Management team within Newsec Advisory Sweden. The position is located at our Stockholm office.

Investment Management offers a full spectrum of services within property investment and asset management. A unique set up of experts work here, providing services and focusing on ensuring that portfolios perform well throughout economic cycles.

The team acts as a local partner to international investors, supporting the fulfilment of specific goals by finding new investment opportunities and managing transaction related processes. Following the transaction, the team monitors the assets and optimizes value by providing and organizing all services needed, such as property asset management and leasing.

Your role

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing cash flow models, market analyses and commercial due diligence. Further responsibilities including participating in deal sourcing, investor meetings and having an active role in transactions from idea to signing.

Your Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• A university degree within real estate or/and finance
• 1 - 2 years' work experience
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Fluent in English and Swedish
