Job Summary:
Respond to clients’ queries on our e-channels, cash and trade product services.
Assist clients with account management and online transactions, transactions using upload function and/or online capture.
Provide training and guidance on e-banking features and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online banking (login, payment-related, account-related issues).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of clients’ interactions and issues resolution.
Support client service managers in preparation of presentation materials for clients and internal reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, security best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic
Support the execution of the division's strategy to embed MUFG Bank in the flow business of our clients.
Financial
To provide client support in collaboration with sales team to meet the division's financial target.
Customer
Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external clients to enhance the bank's reputation and meet customer's expectations.
Support clients and act as the first level of support to their daily queries on matters relating to cash and trade products.
Work in partnership with the other divisions to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Other/ Control
Develop knowledge of transaction banking products to provide the right level of support to clients and the wider departments.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Adhere to all company policies / guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree holder or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic computer operation knowledge and skills
Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.
Strong Microsoft office skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
