About the role:

Rabobank’s Vendor Management Team has an opening for a Vendor Management Analyst operating across Australia and New Zealand. You will join a dynamic team based in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

As a Vendor Management Analyst, you will partner with individuals across the bank to understand and manage risk in relation to external service providers, so that they can ensure the Bank and its clients are protected.

Top Role Accountabilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and support them throughout the vendor onboarding process.
  • Provide support and guidance on the monitoring and renewal of internal and external arrangements.
  • Support activities relating to staff awareness and education/training of the VM framework.
  • Managing the Bank’s supplier management platform & Rabobank intranet.
  • Facilitate compliance with relevant APRA / RBNZ / ECB / DNB regulatory standards & internal policies.
  • Working closely with the 3 Lines of Responsibilities to ensure all requirements are embedded into the onboarding process.
  • Continuously work towards improving tools and processes within the VM framework.

To be successful you will have:

  • 2 years + work experience in Banking or Financial Services industry (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, & relationship management skills, with an ability to interact with & influence at all functions and levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Driven mindset, resourceful & able to prioritise.
  • An ability to identify process & system improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365, PowerBI).
