Role Summary:
The main objective of this role is to maximise sales by ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time and to support the planning team with analysis and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Running key trading reports weekly and monthly and any ad hoc analysis needed
  • Maintaining and reviewing replenishment quantities weekly to ensure stock levels are set to maximize sales across all channels and stores
  • Allocate all PO’s accurately in a timely manner
  • Accurately uploading markdowns and promotions onto the system
  • Ensure and demonstrate awareness of store trading patterns and the impact of under/over performance. i.e. transfers, replenishment, initials etc. Especially for our European & Franchise portfolio
  • Planning Retail POs using specified grading, in order to ensure the correct amount of stock is arriving into the correct stores to maximize sales
  • Building a balanced range for new store packages and delivering on time
  • Build strong relationships with the team and provide support cross divisionally where required, including the DC and stores
  • Familiarise yourself with division/class and style performance to be able to make informed decisions within your day to day role
  • Store visits
What You'll Need:
  • Numerical and analytical skills – good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A passion and enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand and what we represent
  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication skills with an enthusiasm to learn and progress within the role
