About the Role:

Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? We are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our multi-family property team. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience and maintaining high occupancy.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Promote the community through marketing and outreach efforts
• Process applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and lease terms
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process
• Assist with resident retention and community events
• Work collaboratively with the property management and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi and RentCafe) a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed

Pay: $18.00 per hour

• sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
