Full-Time Maintenance Technician Position – Fayetteville, AR

Our well-established Property Management Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Springdale, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our apartment communities are well-maintained, offering residents a safe and comfortable living environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple areas, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of property systems and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Complete work orders and maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding workload, including lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
• Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
