Apartment Maintenance Technician
What are we looking for?
Perform maintenance tasks and schedule accordingly to ensure all resident and vacant unit requests are completed in a timely manner
- Be organized and reach turn and work order goals.
- Excellent curb appeal and attention to detail
- Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to include major and minor repairs
- EPA certification is required.
- Must know and be able to work proficiently in plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general punch items
- Addressing resident concerns in professional manner
- ON-Call for emergencies is required
- Physical requirements: 66%-100% of time will be on feet
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs and climb ladders
- Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
