In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our on-site team, ensuring our residents have a great living experience from move-in to move-out.

What You'll Do

• Apartment Turns: Be the hero of the unit turn process. You'll perform a variety of tasks to get vacant apartments ready for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, appliance installation, light plumbing and electrical work, and final cleaning.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Respond to and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally. You'll handle a wide range of repairs, using your knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
• Preventative Maintenance: Take a proactive approach by conducting routine inspections and maintenance to prevent future issues and keep our property running smoothly.
• Property Upkeep: Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and grounds, ensuring our community always looks its best.
• Teamwork & Service: Provide friendly and courteous customer service to our residents and collaborate with the rest of the on-site team to create a positive and supportive community environment.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, or a related field.
• Skills: A strong working knowledge of general repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Dependability: You're a reliable self-starter with strong time management skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Customer Focus: You're a people person who is courteous and dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Certification: An HVAC certification is a huge plus!
