Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Appliance Delivery and Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves delivering and installing household appliances for our customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens at customer locations.

• Safely load, transport, and unload appliances using proper equipment and techniques.

• Perform installations, ensuring appliances are set up correctly and functioning properly.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns professionally.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during delivery or installation.

• Maintain delivery vehicle and equipment in good condition.

• Complete paperwork and report job status accurately.

Requirements:

• Physical Strength: Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy appliances (up to 100+ lbs) with a team or equipment.

• Careful and Detail-Oriented: Handle appliances and customer property with care to avoid damage.

• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently.

• Efficiency: Work quickly and effectively to meet delivery schedules.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Basic knowledge of tools and appliance installation (preferred but not required; training provided).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position with potential for overtime.

• Requires physical stamina, working in various weather conditions, and travel to customer locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
