What we are looking for:

We are searching for a Appliance Sales person at our Appleton location. The perfect candidate would have an interest in learning our business and demonstrating their success in sales by:

Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of appliances in order to best inform customers about products that fit their needs/wants

Self-motivated to meet/exceed acceptable level of sales performance in product sales, extended warranties, security plus, and product accessories

Willingness to assist customers with service challenges and aid them to a mutually acceptable resolution

Communicating effectively with customers, management and colleagues in order to keep information flowing within the organization and ensure high quality performance

Keeping up with industry specific computer system in order to effectively enter customer purchase orders and track inventory

The ideal individual will also have the ability to build successful relationships with customers as well as employees. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but job related equivalent is considered.

$65,000-80,000, annually average
