The TEC's Information Directorate delivers a wide-ranging capital programme of work and needs an experienced Applications Analyst with a core portfolio of Dynamics 365. This role is on a fixed term basis for 6-months.
He angitūtanga: About the Role
Reporting to Team Leader Applications, this role is responsible for supporting and maintaining live applications. TEC uses a range of applications, and the Applications Analyst has expertise in at least one application and is able to provide secondary support to other applications. This specific role has a core portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics D365, D365 is the core customer relationship platform that TEC uses to store all communications with learners and tertiary service providers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on various business process applications and support the implementation of business and /or systems solutions.
- Provide guidance or training to users including enhanced levels of support following new/updated software releases.
- Capture user feedback for subsequent analysis to inform future application development.
- Helping the business to maintain D365 and implement any configuration requirements. Translating business requirements into system specific requirements for changes to production systems
- Taking responsibility for supporting those processes and systems once they have been successfully implemented.
- support the continuous improvement of the system to achieve the desired business outcomes.
This is a Wellington based role only due to anchor days in the office with the wider team.
He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for:
D365 is integrated with our telephony and digital messaging platform, Genesys Cloud. This role builds and maintains a strong link between the business of TEC and the required outcomes, through a sound understanding and capability of processes, data and technology. You will bring the following:
- A flexible and approachable nature and positive attitude to work
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including development of Plugin Assemblies, Web Resources and Dataverse Customisations
- The ability to configure Dynamics 365 CE to an intermediate to expert level including - form customisations, workflow, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Proven experience in customer relationship systems (both Dynamics 365 and integrated phone solution)
- Strong problem solving communications skills with the ability to communicate well with a wide range of people

The salary range for this position starts from $90,956 up to $107,007 + 3% KiwiSaver depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
