- Develop and refine testing methods for refrigeration applications together with R&D, Engineering, and Sales.
- Conduct application tests on prototypes and units while ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Analyze, diagnose, and adjust systems to support R&D and customer-focused projects, driving continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage test schedules, ensuring accurate and structured documentation.
- Communicate clearly across project teams to align expectations, progress, and performance.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with refrigerant applications, including testing, simulation, or prototype setups.
- Understanding of testing methods, refrigerant system calculations, and relevant certification standards.
- Experience with measurement techniques, metrology, or data acquisition tools.
