Responsibilities

• Be part of a global team of engineers building content safety classifiers to safeguard business-critical products that represent significant business, market share or strategic value to Google, including GenAI-based experiences both server-side and on-device.
• Deliver quality content classifiers, protect users from exposures to offensive, sensitive, or potentially harmful content, and unlock new opportunities for the business.
• Grow the team by referring and interviewing qualified members. Mentor the team around you, and be accountable for the team's deliverables.
