Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calling and outbound calling campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Effectively communicate the value of our technology sales solutions to prospects.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for appointment setting.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads.
• Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment confirmation.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance conversations with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound calling or warm calling, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software for lead management is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients.
• Background in business development or market research is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and contribute to team success.

Pay: $17.68 - $20.37 per hour
