Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with prospects through outbound calling and warm calling strategies. Your primary mission is to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives by leveraging excellent communication skills, persuasive negotiation techniques, and a strong understanding of business development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our growth while honing your skills in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and other marketing tools to generate interest and set appointments
  • Engage in warm calling campaigns to nurture leads and convert inquiries into scheduled meetings
  • Utilize effective negotiation skills to confirm appointment details and address client questions or concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences and refine outreach strategies
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs and ensuring alignment with our service offerings
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and maximize conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles, preferably within technology or technical sales environments
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and handle objections confidently
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close appointments through persuasive conversation techniques
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and outbound calling best practices
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to lead engagement and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
