Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating interest in our services through warm calling and effective communication. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments for our sales team, contributing to the overall success of our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Utilize our CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful appointment setting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively build rapport with potential clients and provide a seemless experience for the customer,
• Experience in business development is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.31 - $17.88 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
