Harjoittelija - Trainee

Haluatko päästä osaksi kansainvälistä finanssialan yritystä, jonka tehtävänä on auttaa yritysjohtoa riskienhallinnassa, vakuuttamisessa ja henkilöstöeduissa? Haemme harjoittelijaa Aonin Suomen toimistolle Helsingin ydinkeskustaan.

Harjoittelijana saat näköalapaikan erilaisten yritysten liiketoimintaan. Tehtävässäsi pääset tukemaan asiakkuustiimejä asiakaspalveluun, dokumenttien hallintaan, laskutukseen ja raportointiin liittyvissä tehtävissä sekä vaihtelevissa assistentin töissä. Omalla innokkuudellasi, oma-aloitteellisuudellasi ja osaamisellasi voit vaikuttaa jakson sisältöön.

Harjoittelu alkaa maaliskuussa 2026 ja kestää 6 kuukautta.

Kiinnostusta vakuutusmeklaritoimialaan
Hyvät kommunikointitaidot ja positiivinen palveluasenne
Innostuneisuutta uuden oppimiseen, vaikka et kavahda rutiiniluontoisia tehtäviä
Osaamista MS Office -ohjelmistojen hallintaan, etenkin hyvät Excel-taidot
Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito

Trainee

Are you our new trainee in our Helsinki office in 2026? Do you want to become part of an international financial company whose mission is to help business leaders with risk management, insurance and employee benefits? We are looking for a trainee at Aon's Finnish office in the heart of Helsinki.

As a trainee, you get a vantage point into the business of different companies. In your role, you will support customer relationship teams in tasks related to customer service, document management, invoicing and reporting, as well as in varying assistant tasks. With your enthusiasm, initiative and competence, you can influence the content of the trainee period.

The person who does best in the task is a person who has

Interest in the insurance brokerage industry
Good interpersonal skills and a positive the demeanor
Passion for learning new things (and don't shy away from routine tasks)
Competence in using MS Office software, especially good Excel skills
Proficient in Finnish and English

Full-time paid internship for 6 months starting March 2026.
The pay exceeds the employee's employment condition defined by Kela minimum wage.
