About Us

Sardac Construction Ltd. is an established residential framing company in Chilliwack specializing in residential and commercial construction and has recently branched out into spec home building. As a small company, our focus is on high-quality work and excellent customer service. I have trained 5 apprentices in my 30 years of experience and enjoy sharing my knowledge of the trade.

We are currently looking for 1 employee who has at least 1 year experience as a carpenter and is interested in residential construction. The majority of the work is on foundations and framing outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

· Ability to work closely with others

· Ability to work at heights

· Ability to work in all weather conditions

· Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation to work

· Have a basic knowledge of power tools

· Steel toed boots and a tool belt with personal hand tools

· Rain gear and cold weather gear

Job types

Full-time

Schedule

Monday to Friday

8-hour shift

Paid overtime is available

Work location is mainly in the Chilliwack area with some opportunities to work at unique places in the Vancouver area (carpooling available for those)

Wages

$21.00-30.00 per hr depending on experience and ability
