We are Hauff Homes, a small family run custom home builder in Central Florida. For more than 20 years we have been doing things the right way and taking pride in real craftsmanship. We are hiring a Carpentry Assistant to support our team and learn the trade the right way.

This is a hands on position working in the field with experienced carpenters. Some carpentry experience is preferred, but you do not need years of it. What matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to show up ready to put in the effort every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead carpenters on site
• Move materials and set up work areas
• Support basic carpentry tasks and tool handling
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Learn how our custom features are built and installed
• Help wherever needed to keep projects moving
