Red Hammer Renovations is a growing renovation company serving Saskatoon and surrounding areas. We specialize in basement developments, legal suites, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, outdoor living spaces, and complete home renovations. We are looking for a skilled, motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a team that values professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential renovation work including framing, drywall, finishing carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, and general construction
• Complete projects according to plans, specifications, and building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and subcontractors
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Assist with project planning and problem-solving on site

Qualifications

• Journeyperson or apprentice Carpenter preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years residential renovation experience
• Experience in multiple trades considered an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation

• $24+ per hour depending on experience and qualifications
