Description:
We are looking for an Apprentice Parts Technician to join our Swan Hill branch. Whether you have recently finished school, worked in retail or customer service, or are simply ready for a fresh start, this is your chance to get your foot in the door of the agriculture industry.

No parts or agriculture experience? No problem. If you bring a positive attitude, enjoy helping people and are keen to learn, our experienced team will teach you the rest.

You will be right at the centre of the branch—helping customers, working with our Sales and Service teams, and learning how to find the right parts quickly. Along the way, you will build practical product knowledge, confidence and valuable workplace skills.

From day one, you will receive hands-on mentoring, access to John Deere University courses and the option to complete a Certificate III in Automotive Sales.

What you’ll be doing

This is a practical, customer-focused role where you will learn to:

Help customers find and purchase the right parts
Work standard business hours Monday to Friday, plus one half-day Saturday each month
Support our Service and Sales teams with internal parts orders
Follow up customer quotes and backorders
Keep customers updated on parts, services and merchandise
Pick, pack and distribute orders accurately
