Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the pipe system
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes and sizes
- Assemble and install pipes and fittings using various tools and techniques
- Test pipe systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of pipefitting techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with pipe systems
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and precision in pipe installation and assembly

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
