Looking to retrain from an existing trade (electrical, plumbing, etc) we can apply for an accelerated apprenticeship on your behalf, instead of starting from scratch.

Requirements for applications:

Live in Dublin/Greater Dublin area

Genuine interest in the trade,

Good at communication,

Good with your hands,

Good understanding of Mathematics,

Ability to work part of a team,

Ability to work on own initiative,

Full ‘B’ driving licence

Own transport to get to various sites is essential,

Safepass & Manual Handling,

Our offices are based in Ballymount, Dublin 24. Please keep this in mind when applying, we do not pay staff travel time involving leave there home to arrive to work, nor the time they spend returning home. Applicants from the Dublin / Greater Dublin area have an advantage for this reason.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, confident and driven to excel and learn the trade as quickly as possibility, while also having the capacity to continue learning as technologies evolve.

Above all else, the candidate must be well presented, well mannered, and have the common sense and courtesy to be poilte and respectful with our clients and other staff members.

This is a long-term role, not suitable for journeymen who move jobs every couple years.

With us, pay rate rises the quicker you learn your trade and can take on more responsibilities within the company, we do not believe in using apprentices for cheap labour and them discarding them at their 4th year. We want you to be comfortably employed with us to achive life goals such as mortgages for your first home, or if you want to try and become self employed in years to come, we can guide wou with that too.

Respect and loyalty works both ways and is rewarded by us, with incentives other larger companies do not offer.

we emphasis the requirement of having a Full 'B' Driving Licence (or if you have a test booked and are waiting, please declare)

Company service vehicles are provided once your skill reaches the appropiate level to attend service or emergency calls, and/or smaller installations. For this reason we require to witness / have evedeince of you driving privately, and unaided for minimum 1 year before a company vehicle is provided.

HVAC is forecast to be the trade of the future in Ireland and beyond. The company will be expanding into other renewable sectors in the near future, take this oppurtunity to get trained up and learn aspects about other trades such as basic electrics and plumbing at the same time.

Pay: €451.63-€810.38 per week
