Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The role involves

conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating architectural projects from inception to

completion, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with

regulations. The Architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to

deliver high-quality built environments.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop design concepts, architectural drawings, and 3D visualizations.

 Prepare working drawings, construction details, and tender documentation.

 Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for integrated design

solutions.

 Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design intent, quality, and safety standards.

 Manage client interactions, presentations, and approvals.

 Ensure adherence to local building by-laws, codes, and statutory requirements.

 Integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions in projects.

 Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

 Provide design and technical support to the project team throughout execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, Photoshop.

 Basic Knowledge of BIM

 Excellent design, visualization, and space planning abilities.

 Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.

 Ability to balance creativity with practicality and cost-efficiency.

 Good communication and client-handling skills.

 Team collaboration and project coordination.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

 Minimum [5-8 years] of professional experience in architectural design and execution.

 Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA) [if in India] or equivalent licensing

body.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
