We are seeking a talented Architect/Interior Designer to join our team and contribute their creativity and expertise to our event design projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Architect/Architectural Draughtsman to prepare accurate drawings and detailed plans using AutoCAD. The role includes coordinating with the design team and updating drawings as per site or client requirements. Candidates should have strong drafting skills, good architectural knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Space Planning: Create detailed AutoCAD floor plans and layouts for event spaces, considering traffic flow, seating arrangements, and functional requirements.

3D Visualization: Utilize SketchUp, Lumion, and/or 3DS Max to produce realistic 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs of event designs to help clients visualize the final product.

Material and Furniture Selection: Specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and decor elements that enhance the overall design concept while adhering to budget constraints.

Technical Drawings: Produce construction and technical drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring that designs meet safety, structural, and regulatory standards.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of design plans, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and production teams to ensure the successful implementation of drawings.

Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of design plans and ensure that installations are executed according to design specifications.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to each project.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as an architect or interior designer.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and/or 3DS Max.

Strong creative and conceptual design skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices is a plus.

Helpful Software Skills - 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhinoceros 3D etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
