We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Architect / Architectural Designer with 3 years of professional experience to contribute to our diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine architectural designs from initial conceptualization through to detailed project planning and documentation.
- Generate high-quality 2D and 3D models and renderings for internal review and client presentations.
- Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation with attention to detail.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and project progress through strong presentation skills and professional speaking skills.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Required Skills & Software
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in an architectural practice.
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
- Core Abilities: Proven ability in design conceptualization, technical detailing, and thorough project planning.
- Added Value: Knowledge of sustainable design principles and construction administration processes. Also in software like , Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,364.77 - ₹31,861.20 per month
Work Location: In person
