Advice with Accounts Chennai Pvt Ltd provides back-office services for real estate and property clients in the UK.

Role Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 2 to 4 years of experience, specifically in handling UK-based architectural projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in UK architectural standards, planning regulations, and documentation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Develop design concepts and architectural drawings aligned with UK client specifications.

Ensure compliance with RIBA Plan of Work, UK building regulations, and planning procedures.

Coordinate with UK-based consultants, project teams, and internal departments.

Produce high-quality technical documentation, presentation drawings, and 3D models.

Assist in preparing and submitting applications for UK planning and building regulations.

Ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met consistently.

Requirements

B.Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture.

2 to 4 years of experience working on UK-based architectural projects (Mandatory).Strong understanding of UK planning laws, building codes, and documentation standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and in a UK time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience coordinating with UK-based clients or firms.

Knowledge of UK local authority systems and approval processes.

Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards is a plus.
