Job description
The Architect will contribute to the design and execution of architectural projects from initial concept to final completion. This position entails close collaboration with senior architects and project teams to develop drawings, plans, models, and presentations, while ensuring adherence to building codes and regulatory standards.
Candidate must have real estate high rise residential construction experience.
Key Skills :
1) Experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
2) Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
3) Preference for experience in developers office
4) Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
5) Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
6) Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
7) Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office.
