- Prepare architectural concepts, sketches, drawings, and 3D models.
- Develop detailed blueprints and construction documents using CAD/BIM software.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEP) and consultants to integrate technical aspects.
- Prepare project estimates, material specifications, and timelines.
- Review and approve contractor/shop drawings during construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design.
- Suggest innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
