The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our client's dynamic design team based out of their offices in Dublin.

This is a key opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across sectors including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in design development, technical delivery and client engagement ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, sustainability and compliance.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified as a Chartered Architect (RIBA/RIAS/RIAI) with registration to practice (ARB or RIAI) or working towards equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience across variety of project sizes with site experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods, technical standards, regulatory frameworks, as well as health and safety requirements.
• Strong design portfolio experience showcasing creativity, problem-solving and delivery.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of concept, planning and detailed design stages.
• Prepare and coordinate technical drawings, specifications and design packages.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory bodies to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, codes of practice and industry standards.
• Champion design innovation, sustainability and best practice within the team.
