Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Project Architect at renowned interior design and architectural soultions company . The Project Architect will oversee architectural design projects, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing submittals, managing construction documentation, ensuring compliance with design standards, and maintaining project timelines. The role also involves the application of advanced tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture, including design development and construction documentation
• Proficiency in Project Management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and tools
• Experience in managing Submittals and ensuring compliance with client requirements and design specifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Stake Holder and Client Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
