Taylor McCarney Architects is seeking to expand our team with the addition of an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist, with a strong background in delivering Irish educational projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing practice, working on meaningful education-sector projects across multiple stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage school projects through various design stages
• Prepare and develop Department of Education & Youth Stage 1–2 reports
• Chair design team meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants
• Drive projects forward independently with minimal supervision
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery, including timelines and resourcing

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering educational/school projects in Ireland
• Strong knowledge of Department of Education & Youth processes and reporting
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Confidence in leading meetings and coordinating teams
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
