We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. You will work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and clients to transform ideas into functional, elegant, and sustainable spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations as required.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for seamless project execution.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and material boards for client meetings.
• Monitor project progress, review shop drawings, and provide guidance during construction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.

Required Software Skills:

• Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino
• 3D Modeling & Visualization: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion
• Presentation & Post-Processing: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Optional: BIM software, Unreal Engine or other VR/AR tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect in a design firm.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
• Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with interior design projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED principles.
