Architectural Draftsman / Cad Technician

We are seeking an Architectural Draftsman to work as an assistant to our lead architect on residential and commercial building projects. This is an office-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings)
• Create 3D models and photorealistic renders for client presentations
• Develop construction documentation with accurate dimensions and specifications
• Assist architect in project development and coordinate with consultants
• Handle drawing revisions and maintain project files

Required Skills

• Mandatory: AutoCAD 2D (proficient level)
• 3D modeling software (SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max)
• Rendering software (Lumion / V-Ray / similar)
• Basic Photoshop knowledge
• Understanding of building codes and construction methods

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 1-2 years hands-on experience in architectural drafting
• Portfolio of 2D drawings and 3D renders required
