We are a professional architectural firm based in Cochin, executing pan-India residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The firm operates with a compact, process-driven team and follows structured systems for design delivery, client coordination, and billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings and detailed working drawings based on design inputs from architects and designers
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings as per project requirements
- Assist in shop drawings, joinery details, furniture details, and construction drawings
- Revise and update drawings based on design development, site changes, and client feedback
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams to clarify drawings and resolve technical issues
- Maintain drawing records, revisions.
- Support in preparing as-built drawings post project completion
- Assist in quantity take-offs and basic BOQs, if required
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings in line with project schedules\
- Basic knowledge of 3D coordination in SketchUp
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
