Arch Dream India is a growing architectural and design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our team and contribute to the preparation of high-quality architectural drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for drawing updates and revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings and documentation.
• Maintain organized project records and drawing files.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction detailing, and building materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,007.16 - ₹30,000.00 per month
