Architectural Technician

At Sigma Homes, we are hiring for an Architectural Technician.

As a member of the design team, you will play an integral part of making that happen, creating innovative designs directly impacting the lives of our customers – join us and become part of an amazing team who are building dream homes.

Role and Responsibilities:

Compiling, revising, and editing construction blueprints using CAD software.

Analysing client requirements and note taking from internal meetings.

Sourcing, selecting and confirm project materials.

Surveying sites as required.

Preparing 3D models on occasion.

Communicating with construction crews and costing teams.

Following building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations etc.

Requirements:

Proficiency in CAD is essential.

Experience using 3D Software.

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written and ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability to deliver high quality designs and projects.

Passionate about sharing your experiences and knowledge, while continuously learning from others.

Great design and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on quality and excellence.

Candidates must be residing in County Cork, with Fluent English required.

A minimum of two years residential work experience is required.
