Cleaning And Moving Pro is a growing cleaning and property services company providing commercial, residential, and Airbnb cleaning across Ireland. We are looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to support our cleaning teams, manage multiple sites, and maintain excellent service standards.

Job Summary

The Area Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, support cleaners across several locations, complete quality checks, and assist with office-based administration. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organised, reliable, and experienced in leading teams. Sometimes you may need a hand with cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff across multiple client sites
• Carry out site inspections and ensure high cleaning standards
• Manage rotas, attendance, and staff performance
• Train new and existing cleaning staff
• Support office operations, scheduling, and admin tasks
• Communicate with clients and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and site checklists
• Ensure compliance with Irish Health & Safety regulations
• Prepare inspection reports and incident documentation

Requirements

• Full B driver’s licence
• Driving experience in Ireland
• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader (or similar)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and standards
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required

Desirable (Not Required)

Experience in commercial, deep cleaning, or Airbnb operations

Experience with basic Health & Safety procedures
