You will:

  • Support workforce planning for stores and learn how to build a strong internal talent pipeline
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and development activities to create an inspiring employee journey
  • Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions for Store teams and reflect on their impact
  • Learn how to ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and H&M policies
  • Contribute to building an inclusive and feedback-driven work culture by promoting H&M’s values daily
  • Learn to use digital work tools to be able to plan and act strategically through data analysis and HR KPIs

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work side by side with experienced Area Teams, including Area Manager, Area Controller, Area HR and Area Visual as well as many leadership teams and colleagues from Store and different colleagues at our support office organization.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Experience in a leadership, coaching or onboarding capacity (e.g. Store Manager)

  • The ability to communicate clearly in German and English

And people who are:

  • Empathetic and open, with the ability to build trusting relationships and achieve common goals.
  • Acting with foresight and a solution-oriented mindset, with a keen sense for new developments and their impact on our organization.
  • Strong communicators, capable of conveying complex content in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Team players with diplomatic skills, actively shaping relationships and building bridges between differing interests.
  • Flexible and resilient, able to operate effectively in a constantly changing environment.
