What We Offer

This role is the local expert within concentrated process areas; understanding and promoting the standard and right way to service and deliver in TbM Operation and acts as the first point of contact for country super users. This includes facilitating application and process development with Global FPOs, training and driving adoption of functionalities by Area Operation. Main business areas under L&S are Landside, Customs, LCL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and coach Area Superusers and TbM Operation:

    • Global and local product processes and practices

    • Global and local applications and all integration points

    • Support process, SLA & Escalation Procedures

  • Responsible for system/platform rollouts

  • Support Area in implementing process improvements and system developments.

  • A local voice to FPOs in the global process digitalization and automation agenda with aligned approach

  • Maintain a community of local Superusers in the L&S teams within the Area and provide them with relevant training and support

  • Promote and guard business processes & data quality awareness and compliance

  • Act as first level support for Superusers and resolve issues faced

  • Secure right and sustained knowledge level in Area well as global SOPS/IOPs adherence and system use as per design

  • Applications and processes enhance support

  • Own local customer onboarding and support

  • Global/Regional SME/FPO Community contributions

  • UAT with FPOs and provide voice of Area and Customers

  • Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle driven by FPOs

  • Business continuity management

We are looking for

  • Minimum 7-10 years of related experience in an international organization.

  • Education background in Logistics or Supply Chain would be advantageous

  • Knowledge of processes and supporting L&S applications like MyMaersk/SAP/Cargowise

  • Experienced in working with documents like IOPs/QRGs

  • Continuous improvement mindset and right sense of urgency capable to understand bigger picture of priorities and global constraints

  • Strong understanding of processes within L&S landscape

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly structured and analytical

  • Result driven combined with the ability to achieve results through people

  • International experience, comfortable with working in a matrix organisation

*For the ideal candidate, the role can be based in Malaysia, Philippines or Indonesia.
